Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning your purchase may be exchanged for store credit through our site within 7 days of receiving the item.
All light colored items, knitted or delicate fabric items and discounted items are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for refund, we will provide store credit that is valid for one year.
To request a store credit for your purchase, you can contact us with the chat.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse in South Korea. Paid by customer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item back, we can move forward with the exchange.

Damages and issues
We do at least 3 times of quality check before shipping to minimize these issues.
However, if you still find our product has major defects, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, no matter what, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), bright color outfit, knitwears, delicate fabric items such as silk, organza etc, order made items, intimate wears and personal care goods (such as beauty products and supplements). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
